Pre-sessions at the Sheraton Hotel

The Pre-sessions of the 2012 United Nations Climate Change Conference are being held at the Sheraton hotel, Doha, from November 19 to November 25

Participants can travel to the Sheraton on a free shuttle bus service, which leave from transport hubs localted at major hotels around the city. During the pre-sessions, between 7.30am and 10pm, buses will take delegates from 13 stops around the city to the Sheraton. At the Sheraton hotel, the pre-sessional meetings are taking place in a range of rooms. Registration takes place in the main lobby of the hotel, opposite the Reception Desk, immediately in from the Bus Loading point.

In terms of meetings:

The LDCs, SIDS, African Group, G77 and China are meeting in the main Al Dafna Hall 1 and 2 rooms, to the left after exiting the main reception area.
The DNA Forum Main Meeting room is in the Salwa 2 room, to the right after the main reception area.
The DNA Forum Break-out room 1 is in the Salwa 1 room, also to the right after the main reception area.
The DNA Forum Break-out Room 2 is in the Al Maha room, to the right after the main reception area.
The DNA Forum Break-out Room 3 is in the Salwa 3 room, adjascent to the Salwa 1 and 2 rooms.
The CDM-EB Observer Rooms are in the Al Nakhil room, to the left after the main entrance.
The DNA Forum staff office is in the Al Dukham room, to the right after the main entrance.
The UBCCC staff offices are in the Al Bashir room, to the elft after the main entrance.
The Paper Smart centre, where key documents can be obtained, is close to the Registration Desk, immediately after the main entrance and to the right.
