KATARA MEDIA MAJLIS

Experience the heart of Qatar culture and relax in a traditional Arabic style lounge in the Katara Media Majlis. Work, socialise or take time out within the Arabian setting, with lounge entertainment and outdoor courtyard. Located within Building 15, the majlis and work zone is equipped with support services, high speed wireless and print facilities. Please bring your personal laptops. Situated on the eastern coast of Doha, Katara, ‘The Cultural Village’ is an integrated cultural landmark which possesses the character of a historic and inspirational breeding ground for arts and culture in Qatar.
Access: Access granted to accredited and non accredited media. Non accredited media should show their business cards on entry to receive a media access pass, valid from 26th Nov – 7th Dec.

GRAND HYATT MEDIA ZONE

The Media Zone Lounge offers a comfortable environment for journalists to work, with high speed internet, televisions, technical support, and desk space. Journalists working from the Grand Hyatt Media Lounge are granted a 30% discount on all food and beverage offerings at the hotel as well as spa facilities to unwind. To find us, head down to the back of the ground floor atrium café. A dedicated area at the poolside restaurant/lounge Rocca will also be setup for media use.
